OUR SERVICES

WORKPLACE SAFETY AND WELLBEING
At All Essentials, safety, wellbeing and systems are not separate disciplines. They are interconnected elements of how work is designed, managed and governed, and how risk is created, controlled or transferred in real workplaces.
Safety is about understanding and controlling risk, not just meeting minimum compliance.
We support organisations to manage health and safety risks through practical, defensible systems and informed decision-making. Our work focuses on how hazards arise from work design, tasks, environments and systems, and how these risks can be identified, controlled and monitored in line with WHS legislation.
We help organisations move beyond reactive safety management towards clear, proportionate and integrated safety systems that protect people and support sustainable operations.
We approach workplace wellbeing as an outcome of how work is designed, managed and experienced, physically, psychologically and organisationally. Rather than surface-level initiatives, we focus on the real drivers of harm, including job demands, workload, fatigue, role clarity, leadership behaviours and exposure to psychosocial hazards.
Our wellbeing work is practical, evidence-based and aligned with Australian WHS obligations, supporting healthier people and reducing organisational risk.
Systems
Systems turn intent into consistent, defensible practice.
We design and review WHS and operational systems that are fit for purpose, legally informed and practical to use. Our systems embed safety and wellbeing into everyday decision-making through clear roles, governance, processes and documentation that reflect how work actually occurs.

WORKERS COMPENSATION
Workers Compensation & Return to Work
Effective return to work is about recovery, risk management and good work design, not just claims administration.
At All Essentials, we support organisations to manage return to work following work-related and non-work-related injury or illness in a way that is practical, legally informed and focused on sustainable outcomes for both workers and employers.
Our approach recognises that well-managed return to work supports recovery, reduces long-term risk, strengthens compliance obligations, and prevents reinjury, claim escalation and workplace disputes.
Return to work is a core obligation under the NSW workers' compensation scheme.
We support employers to meet their responsibilities following work-related injury or illness, including recovery through suitable duties and structured return to work planning in line with SIRA requirements.
Our support includes:
Development and review of Return to Work Programs
Advice on employer obligations and suitable duties
Job task analysis to inform safe duties
Liaison with insurers and rehabilitation providers
Identification of barriers to recovery
Integration of return to work into WHS systems
