ALL ESSENTIALS SAFETY AND WELLBEING
A more grounded approach to safety, wellbeing and the way we work
All Essentials Safety and Wellbeing is led by Christine Di Bella, a highly experienced safety, wellbeing and injury management professional with over 30 years across government, corporate and high-risk industries.
Christine’s experience spans across policing, local government, construction and large-scale matrix organisations, where safety, recovery and accountability are critical. This background brings a practical, real-world understanding of how systems need to function, not just how they are written.
Al Essentials was established with a clear focus, to provide straightforward, practical support to organisations who want t manage risk properly, support their people and improve how work is done.
The work we do goes beyond compliance. It’s about building systems that are understood, applied and sustained ober time, supporting both the organisation and the people within it.
THE WORK TODAY
Christine now partners with small to medium businesses, organisations and councils to bring a more considered and human-centred approach to workplace safety and wellbeing.
This includes:

• Identifying gaps, risks and inefficiencies
• Strengthening compliance with practical, real-world application
• Supporting return-to-work processes
• Introducing sustainable wellbeing practices that support long-term outcomes
Her work is grounded in the belief that how we live and work should support balance, health and sustainability, not just meet minimum standards.
